Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. To provide the best experience for all of our guests, we ask that you review our cancellation policy before booking. Cancellations made 30 days or more before your scheduled trip or hunt: Your deposit/payment will be refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 30 days before your scheduled trip or hunt: Refunds will not be issued. However, your trip may be rescheduled to a future available date, subject to availability. If Self Outdoor Guide Service must cancel a trip due to unsafe weather, water conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, guests will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
